Novak Djokovic scored his consecutive 15th  win at the ATP World Finals with his 6-1 6-1 victory over Kei Nishikori and notched his 23rd consecutive victory since the Cincinnati final last August where he lost against Roger Federer (the streak includes four consecutive titles at the US Open, Beijing, Shanghai and Paris Bercy). Only Federer did better in 2006 when he clinched 24 consecutive matches since Cincinnati. Djokovic has recorded the 79th win in 83 matches in a superb season highlighted by 10 titles in 14 finals.

Roger Federer beat Tomas Berdych 6-4 6-2 claimed his 49th match win at the ATP Finals improving the previous records held by Ivan Lendl who won 39 matches. The “Swiss Maestro” is bidding to reach his 13th career semifinal in 14 appearances in the season-ending event and his 10th final.
