Not everybody was jumping for joy on Monday at the US Open as players saw their runs come to an end. From Venus Williams’ heartbreaking loss after a two-and-a-half hour epic to Grigor Dimitrov’s crushing defeat on the Arthur Ashe stadium, it wasn’t an easy day for the losers. Nevertheless, they all exit New York taking positives from their performances.
