Lorenzo Musetti is the top seed at the Sofia Open. Musetti returns to the Bulgarian tournament where he reached the semifinals in 2022. He will be aiming to win his third ATP title following his triumphs in Hamburg and Neaples. During the 2023 season he reached three semifinals in Barcelona, Bastad, Chengdu, and six quarter finals in Buenos Aires, Marrakesh, Monte-Carlo, Stuttgart, Queen’s and Hamburg.
Adrian Mannarino has won 39 match wins this season and won his ATP 250 wins in Newport and Astana. The Frenchman returns to the Sofia Open, where he lost to eventual champion Jannik Sinner in the semifinal in 2020.
Jan-Lennard Struff is chasing his first ATP Tour title in Sofia. Struff lost to Carlos Alcaraz in three sets in his first Masters 1000 final in Madrid and came within one point of his first ATP title in Stuttgart against Frances Tiafoe.
Sebastian Baez is seeking the fifth title of his career after his previous five ATP triumphs in Estorils in 2022, Cordoba, Kitzbuhel and Winston Salem in 2023.
Roberto Bautista Agut returns to Sofia, where he claimed the fourth of his eleven career ATP Tour titles in 2016. The Spaniard missed three months due to injury from July to October. He reached the final in Adelaide and the semifinal in Halle.
