ATP 250 in Casablanca: Klizan wins his third title
TENNIS – Slovakia’s Martin Klizan beat Daniel Gimeno Traver 6-2 6-2 in the final of the ATP 250 in Casablanca to clinch his third career title after St. Petersburg in 2012 and in Munich in 2014. Diego Sampaolo
Klizan broke serve to 30 in the opening game of the first set before fending off four break points in the fourth game featuring 13 points. Klizan cruised to a 5-1 lead en route to clinching the first set with 6-2.
Klizan broke serve to 30 in the third game of the second set. Klizan opened his lead to 5-2 but he had to fend off three break points before clinching the win.

ATP 250 Houston: Sock wins his first ATP title
US Jack Sock won his maiden ATP title on the Houston red clay with his 7-6 (11-9) 7-6 (7-2) win over his compatriot Sam Querrey in the first all-American final in Houston since 2003.
Sock converted on his only break point chance in the first set which was delayed for two hours by rain. Sock fended off three set points in the tie-break to seal the opening set. Both Sock and Querrey traded breaks in the second set which came down to the tie-break where Sock sealed his first title after 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Sock beat three seeded players en route to winning his first title: Roberto Bautista Agut in the second round, Santiago Giraldo in the quarter finals and Kevin Anderson in the semifinals
