The entry lists for the first indoor and clay court tournaments and of the Atp World Tour 2018 season have been announced.

After the Australian summer, the ATP season will continue with the Open Sud De France in Montpellier, the Garanti Koza Sofia Open in Bulgaria and the Ecuador Open in Quito. The three ATP 250 events will take place from the 1st to the 7th of February.

Montpellier and Sofia will be played on indoor-hard courts, while Quito will show some atypical conditions, with outdoor-red-clay courts on altitude. Germany’s Alexander Zverev defends the title in France, home star Grigor Dimitrov is the defending champion in Bulgaria and Dominican Republic’s Victor Estrella Burgos has incredibly won all the three editions in Ecuador (2015, 2016 and 2017).

In the entry lists, Sofia and Montpellier have the same cut-off (93), which is lower in Quito (127), where 10 of the 21 main-draw-players are ranked out of the top 100. Some big names are those of Grigor Dimitrov and Gilles Muller in Sofia, Pablo Carreno-Busta and Gael Monfils in Quito. Many high level players in France, like David Goffin, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Tomas Berdych, Alexander Zverev and Richard Gasquet.
