The ASB Classic in Auckland will begin the 2025 WTA season and four former Grand Slam champions feature in New Zealand.
Former Grand Slam champions Emma Raducanu, Naomi Osaka, Sloane Stephens and Sofia Kenin will begin their season in New Zealand next season.
Raducanu will be hoping she can begin her season in fine form after a positive end to the season at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals.
While Osaka has plenty of reasons to be optimistic heading into 2025 after some encouraging performances as she will team up with Patrick Mouratoglou next season.
The top seed for the event will be Madison Keys as the former US Open finalist aims for improved form next season.
However defending champion Coco Gauff will not be making an appearance in New Zealand after winning back-to-back titles in 2024.
The event will start on the 30th of December as the ASB Classic looks forward to another successful event.
