Hubert Hurkacz has hired two supercoaches in the form of Ivan Lendl and Nicolas Massu ahead of the 2025 season.
The Pole had a turbulent 2024 season with injuries playing a part in a inconsistent year and as a result parted ways with former coach Craig Boynton.
Hurkacz currently sits at 16 in the world and is in desperate search of an improvement in form after a difficult season.
Therefore a big response was needed by Hurkacz in order to enjoy a more successful 2025 and that is exactly what the Pole has done.
That’s because Hurkacz has hired Ivan Lendl and Nicolas Massu as his new coaches for next season.
Lendl is an eight time Grand Slam champion and coached Andy Murray to multiple Grand Slam titles as well as the world number one ranking.
Meanwhile Massu is a former world number six and coached Dominic Thiem to Grand Slam glory at the US Open in 2020.
Revealing the news on Instagram, Hurkacz produced the caption ‘Bring it on, 2025!’
Hurkacz will begin his 2025 season at the United Cup when he represents Poland before playing the Australian Open which starts on the 12th of January.
