“This morning, we flew early from Pula at 8 am, and we woke up around 6 am. When I arrived at the hotel, I had lunch with the Italian women’s volleyball team and then I managed to get a 30-minute nap. When I got here, Jessica Pegula was already about to win her match, so I practiced about 15 minutes and got on court for the match. Last night, the match finished around 10.30 pm, so by the time I did press, shower and cool down, it was not until 1.30 that I got to bed. I am lucky that my partner is a saint and she had packed already”, said Musetti.
