Bagnis beat former world number 1 Andy Murray 5-7 7-6 (7-3) 6-3. Dimitrov will face a quarter final match against 2021 US Open quarter finalist Botic van de Zandschulp from the Netherlands, who overcame US Mackenzie MCDonald 6-2 7-5 after 80 minutes.
French qualifier Maxime Cherry saved two match points at 6-7 and 8-9 to battle past second seed Reilly Opelka 4-6 7-6 (7-5) 7-6 (11-9) after 2 hours and 41 minutes.
Cressy set up a quarter final clash against Spaniard Jaume Munar, who beat Henri Laaksonen 6-1 7-5 after 83 minutes on his sixth match point.
Alex Molcan from Slovakia fended off six of seven break points to upset David Goffin 7-5 6-3 after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Goffin was playing his first tour match since the US Tour first round match last August, when he lost to Mackenzie McDonald.
Molcan will take on Emil Ruusuvuori, who overcame Jordan Thompson 7-6 (7-3) 5-7 6-3 in 2 hours and 50 minutes.
