Carlos Alcaraz cruised into the final at the Intesa San Paolo Next Gen ATP Finals at the Allianz Cloud in Milan with a 4-2 4-1 4-2 win over Argentina’s Sebastian Baez after 62 minutes.
Alcaraz broke at love in the third game to take a 2-1 lead. Baez saved two break points in the fifth game to hold serve on the deciding point.

“The final is going to be really tough. Sebastian Korda is playing great tennis and I am really excited to play against him for the first time. It would be amazing to win the title, but I am going to be facing a really good opponent, so we will see”, said Alcaraz.
Alcaraz upset world number 3 Stefanos Tsitsipas en route to the quarter finals at the US Open. The Spanish 18-year-old player won his first ATP title in Umag. This autumn season he beat Andy Murray and Matteo Berrettini in Vienna and Jannik Sinner in Paris Bercy.
