Jannik Sinner moves into the top 10 in the ATP Race to Turin

Italian Next Gen player Jannik Sinner has moved into the top 10 in the ATP Race to Turin after claiming his back-to-back title at the Sofia Open with a 6-3 6-4 win over Frenchman Gael Monfils in the final. The 20-year-old player from San Candido won three titles this year in Melbourne (ATP 250), Washington (ATP 500) and Sofia (ATP 250) and reached his first Masters 1000 final in Miami, where he finished runner-up to Hubert Hukacz. He is aiming to make his debut at the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin two years after winning the Next Gen Finals in Milan. 

Casper Ruud won his fifth tour-level title of the season at the San Diego Open after beating former world number 1 player Andy Murray and moved into eighth place in the ATP Race to Turin. The 22-year-old Norwegian player has lifted his first ATP Tour -level trophy on hard court after claiming four clay tournaments in Geneva, Bastad, Gstaad and Kitzbuhel. 

Cameron Norrie has reached his fifth tour-level final of the season in San Diego moving one position to number 14 in the ATP Race to Turin. The British player won the ATP Tour title in Los Cabos on hard cout and reached three more finals in Estoril and Lyon on clay and London Queens on grass, where he finished runner-up to Matteo Berrettini. 

US Next Gen rising star Sebastian Korda has moved to world number 26 in the ATP Race to Turin and is currently ranked fourth in the Race to Milan. The son of former Australian won his first ATP Tour title in Parma and reached the quarter final at the Miami Masters 1000 and the fourth round at Wimbledon.
