Another edition of the Laver Cup has been decided in the final match. Alexander Zverev ousted Milos Raonic after Roger Federer’s victory over John Isner. The victory extends Europe’s unbeaten record to three consecutive years. In 2020 the event returns to America and will be hosted in Boston.

Roger Federer edged Nick Kyrgios on Saturday at the Laver Cup as Team Europe look for a third title. 

 

In a thrilling contest Roger Federer edged Nick Kyrgios 6-7(5) 7-5 10-7 to extend Team Europe’s lead and put them closer to a third consecutive title.

This was after John Isner’s win at the start of the day to put Team World level with Team Europe for the first time in Laver Cup history after beating Alexander Zverev.
