Living up to his role as the ‘commissioner’ of tennis for Eurosport, John McEnroe has shared his opinion about the current status of the game.

Ubitennis is excited to share part two of our exclusive interview with the former world No.1. Where he calls for the implementation of final set tiebreakers in all grand slam events and speaks out about on-court coaching.

The director of Ubitennis, Ubaldo Scanagatta, conducted the interview in the Eurosport studios during the Australian Open in January. Ubitennis would like to thank Eurosport for their great collaboration and of course John McEnroe for his time. Ubaldo is honoured to have the friendship that he shares with John – a friendship that’s been lasting for almost 40 years, since Ubaldo first saw and interviewed John at the WCT Finals in Dallas. John was competing in the junior event and his extraordinary talent was already in full display.

In the next few days, John’s interview will be followed by a third segment with the French director and creator of the program “The Commissioner” that is aired on Eurosport.
