
Former World number seven Mario Ancic has revealed that he will join Novak Djokovic’s team during Wimbledon next week.
Former Wimbledon Semi-finalist Mario Ancic has told Croatian newspaper ‘Sportske Novosti’ that he will join Novak Djokovic’s team at Wimbledon. He said the following in the interview ‘I had to already come to London in the second week. This is because I have to be an expert for BBC television and also play in the seniors tournament.’ Ancic will have to install a bit of confidence in the Serbian who will be seeking his first Major trophy since last year’s Roland Garros.
Since retiring in 2011, Mario Ancic worked in the economic industry working for Bank Suisse Corporations in New York. This is his first coaching role and will join his brother Ivica who currently coaches Croatian number two Borna Coric.
