Six out of the world’s top-10 players will grace their presence at this year’s Aegon Championships at the Queen’s Club in London.

The star-studded lineup will be headlined by world No.1 Andy Murray, who is targeting a record sixth win at the ATP 500 event. Joining the Brit will be current US Open champion Stan Wawrinka, Australian Open runner-up Rafael Nadal and last year’s Queen’s club finalist Milos Raonic. Other participants include 2013 finalist Marin Cilic and David Goffin, who has only ever won one match at the tournament.

“The player entry list for the Aegon Championships is strong every year and we already knew we were in for a great line-up, but with Marin Cilic and David Goffin adding their names to make it six of the world’s Top 10.” Tournament director Stephen Farrow said.

Former champion Grigor Dimitrov and rising star Nick Kyrgios will also take part. The tournament is also expected to be the starting point for Juan Martin del Potro’s grass-court campaign this season.

Starting two weeks before the start of the of the Wimbledon Championships, the Aegon Championships is one of the principle tournaments before the grass-court major. This year will be the 114th edition of the event, with the centre court capacity being expanded by 30% (an increase of more than 15,000 seats).

This year’s Aegon Championships will get underway on June 19th. Defending champion Murray will start his campaign on Tuesday 20th June.
