The seeding for the world group play off draw for the Davis Cup has been revealed with last year’s finalists Argentina and Croatia amongst the seeded teams.
Argentina and Croatia will hope to retain their place in the World group in September when they are entered for the World Group play off draw tomorrow morning. Other nations that have their place at risk are former champions Switzerland who have been missing Roger Federer and Stan Wawrinka in recent ties. Also a talented Germany team will hope to maintain their 12 year streak in the world group when they are also entered into the draw.
The teams that look to challenge for a world group place include teams like India, who will hope to finally succeed in their quest to enter the world group. A 4-1 win over Uzbekistan secured their place in the play offs in September. Also countries like Brazil and Colombia who have decent teams will hope to enter the top tier of world tennis in September.

The seeded teams will be drawn against the unseeded teams. The world group play off draw will be tomorrow (11th April) morning at 10am in the ITF offices in London.
