
Roger Federer live streamed his latest practice session on Thursday as he begins his preparation for the 2017 season.
The 17 time grand slam champion showed his millions of fans how he prepares for the upcoming tennis season as he streamed his latest practice session on Periscope. He gave fans into a glimpse of what to expect in 2017 as he trained with Lucas Pouille in Dubai. The Swiss maestro will be hoping to improve his physical fitness as he starts his mission to win an 18th grand slam title in Australia in January, although his best chance will be in July when he takes to the grass courts of Wimbledon, as he attempts to win an 8th title in London. He came so close to reaching the final before losing a 5 set epic to Milos Raonic in the semifinals. Meanwhile his training partner Lucas Pouille will be hoping to keep up his high standards in 2017, after reaching two grand slam quarterfinals in 2016 with his most memorable match being the five set epic that he had with Rafael Nadal at the US Open.

However Lucas Pouille isn’t the only training partner Roger Federer has had in Dubai this week as he has also trained with Damir Dzumhur, the Bosnian who had a fine season himself and won Bosnian Sportsperson of the year, was more than happy to train with the legend as you can see below:

Roger Federer will hope to continue to please his fans as he makes progress through the offseason and his fans will hope that he will be ready when he steps on court at the Hopman Cup in Perth at the start of the new year.
