It’s a known fact that Roger Federer and Tommy Haas enjoy each other’s company. But, the duo took their companionship onto another level when they ascended to the roof of Stuttgart’s tallest residential building to trade some rallies together.
Federer, who is currently in the German city to partake at the Mercedes Cup, took time off his schedule to visit the Cloud No 7 building, as he took pleasure in some roof-top tennis alongside Haas, who is based out of Germany.
“I actually quite enjoy it. I like to see nice views. It’s nice to be in the city centre and doing such an activity. It’s nice to be back in a different context, doing something very cool,” the 34-year-old Federer was quoted as saying by ATP World Tour.
Meanwhile, the third-ranked Federer has been given top billing for the ATP 250 event here, and is scheduled to lock horns with either American teenager Taylor Fritz or French qualifier Fabrice Martin in the second round.
